How it works
Re-engaging students will work with a mentor to develop a clear, personalized learning plan, designed for each student to graduate. You will attend online classes through Legacy Learning Community. We help you stay on track, so you always know what courses you need to take and what requirements remain. You’ll meet monthly goals, complete standardized tests and graduate with a high school diploma.
This program is open to Arizona students from 16 to 21 years old, who have been out of school for more than 30 days.
This program is 100% tuition free.

About Us
This program is a partnership between the Navajo County Superintendent’s Office and Legacy Learning Community, a Cognia-accredited online educational institution. Our students receive a quality education, meet state requirements, and earn a diploma, not a certificate or GED.
We offer tutoring, college and career counseling – continuing guidance to launch your life after graduation.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, graduates of this program earn a high school diploma.
When a student fills out our enrollment form, we will request transcripts and documentation such as birth certificate and immunization records from that student’s previous school. We do not decline enrollment based on previous grades, poor attendance or disciplinary actions. The student or an adult will provide proof of Arizona residency, which can be a drivers license, utility bill, state ID, etc.
All documentation is stored within our secure student information system and is protected by FERPA – the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
Navajo County’s Superintendent of Schools and the Education Service Agency’s dedicated team, along with our partners, provide exemplary services to our community in a fiscally responsible manner.
