Here’s a quick update on what some of our White Mountain students accomplished in class this last week of Q3:
Math: Students completed benchmark testing, and I’m happy to report that all students showed progress. Their hard work and continued practice are paying off.
ELA: Students completed their unit on the writing trait Organization, focusing on structuring their ideas clearly and effectively in their writing.
Science: We wrapped up the Non-Contact Forces unit in Physics. Students explored concepts such as gravity, magnetism, and other forces that act without physical contact.
Social Studies: Our class completed the World War II unit in U.S./Arizona History. Students studied major events, key figures, and the impact of the war on both the United States and Arizona.
Art in World Culture: All required digital presentations have been completed. Students did a great job researching and presenting their assigned topics.
Life Skills: We finished our Service Unit, where students focused on the importance of helping others and contributing positively to their communities.
