Legacy Learning Community Announces Samantha Molitor as Director of New Tucson Campus

Tucson, AZ (May 28, 2026) — Legacy Learning Community is proud to announce the hiring of Samantha Molitor as Director of its new Tucson campus. Located in Oro Valley, this school will serve K-12 students with special needs through small class sizes, individualized instruction, and a student-centered approach designed to help every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Molitor joins Legacy Learning Community with a strong background in special education, instructional leadership, literacy development, and family engagement. She currently serves as a Special Education Teacher-Lead in Tucson and has previously worked in adaptive cluster and resource classroom settings within Marana Unified School District. She also serves as an online adjunct faculty member teaching special education and reading-related courses at Grand Canyon University.

Molitor earned a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Special Education, graduating with distinction. She also holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Grand Canyon University.

In addition to her classroom and leadership experience, Molitor has coordinated family engagement initiatives, mentored future educators, and served in leadership roles with The Reading League Arizona. Her research and professional development have focused heavily on literacy instruction and improving outcomes for students receiving special education services.

Legacy Learning Community is an Arizona Department of Education-approved private special education school with existing campuses in Show Low and Concho. The new Tucson location expands the organization’s mission of providing exceptional, individualized education for students with diverse learning needs across Arizona.
