Erin Durbin
Director of Online Learning

Mrs. Durbin has over 18 year of experience in education, including administration, teaching, school counseling and behavioral therapy. Her expertise lies in online education; specifically assisting students who are credit deficient, struggling with behavior and/or academics. Mrs. Durbin has a keen ability to connect with students, especially students who have more difficulties in school or who are harder to love students that have had previous difficulties in school. Due to Mrs. Durbin’s personal experiences and background, she has the ability to relate to students, understand them on a personal level and empathize with their situations. One of her biggest goals is to ensure each student’s individual abilities are met and that students feel confident in their learning in the classroom. Mrs. Durbin enjoys building relationships with families and feels it is deeply important to keep families involved with their students’ learning in order to support their path to graduation. It is her goal to maintain these relationships not just through school, but well after graduation.

Mrs. Durbin is married to her wonderful husband Brian and has two children, Brody and Landyn. She has lived in the Show Low area for 3 years and is a native Arizonan.
